How is that spring cleaning coming along?
For centuries, people have been using spring as the ideal time to clean the house and create order back in to their lives. Some say the tradition came from the Persian New Year as a preparation for passover. Spring cleaning for most Kiwis however, is an opportunity to shed the winter blues and prepare for a summer of outdoor activities and family holidays.
But summer is pretty much here now, so are you ready? Can you find that wet suit, the chilli bin or that spare gas bottle for the BBQ? You know its somewhere in the garage, but its just buried somewhere under an accumulation of treasures from a distant past, right?
